About Me

IMG_4982.JPG

I have been a Yoga practitioner for many years. It was only about 7 years ago that I thought about becoming a professional Yoga teacher. Like most people, I started my journey by following YouTube videos and books. In my early days, I had no formal training and no teachers to observe my practice. I was making many subtle mistakes that added up and caused misalignments and discomforts.

Over the years, I had become very passionate and decided to commit to Yoga beyond an exercising medium. I wanted to learn it right and learn more about the impact it has on human anatomy and our mind. I was trained by Atul Kumar Verma and later also by Shammi’s Yogalaya.

Just as much as I love teaching, I love to learn more and continue to take advance classes with Atul Kumar Verma and Shammi’s Yogalaya.

I am TTC (RYT 500 Yoga Alliance) certified professional providing in-person and online lessons as well as Yoga workshops to various institutions across the globe. If you like to know whether Yoga is right for you, feel free to reach out to me and tell me about your short-term and long-term goals. I am happy to provide any advice to the best of my abilities. You can explore the classes to see if any of these is right for you.

If you are an institution and would like schedule Yoga workshops tailored towards your organization, please reach out to me directly.

Due to the COVID situation, currently, all classes have been moved to online sessions. I am hoping to restart the in-person classes after the situation gets better.
