Upcoming Classes

 

This foundational Hatha Yoga class starts basic poses, and quickly cover the Surya Namaskar. Most of the class will then focus on various asanas including inversions. The Hatha Yoga class helps you gain proper alignment and required strength and flexibility to be a self sufficient learner. We will also cover various breathing techniques as well as meditation. Recommended for people who has none to limited formal Hatha Yoga training.

These drop-in sessions are great for people who have already taken some training in Yoga and wishes to be involved in a group like workout session to improve and explore various asanas.

For kids ages 10-14, kids yoga is a good way to get them active and gain the much needed flexibility in today’s environment. Classes are structured to get them engaged in yoga as a fun exercise.
